The Colcord Hotel was the tallest building in Oklahoma when it was built. In 2020, The Colcord Hotel approached us to complete some exterior historic preservation work on the building involving the removal of 13 deteriorating balconies, brick/stone façade restorations, and structural work at the elevator penthouse. After several months of working with the Oklahoma City planning department and historic preservation committee and Downtown Design Review Committee, we commenced with our construction and restoration plan. The project process went very smoothly with minimal disruption to the Guests and staff of the Hotel.
